American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg position at a unique island hospital community, requiring an active MA RN license and rotating shifts.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg unit serving a year-round island community of 15,000+ residents, with up to 100,000 additional seasonal visitors annually
• Provides a full range of medical and wellness services in a community hospital setting
• Rotating shifts, 36 hours per week
• Charting via Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — AHA accepted (Red Cross also accepted for this facility)
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• This hospital is located on Nantucket Island, approximately 30 miles off the coast of Massachusetts
• Shared housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment
• Local candidates are welcome; those residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible at a slightly reduced rate
