American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position at a Critical Access Hospital in Damariscotta, ME, requiring at least 2 years of general Med/Surg experience.

Details

• Critical Access Hospital setting on a general Med/Surg unit
• Night shift schedule: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• Telemetry experience preferred
• 13-week contract
• Float policy requires travel between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed

Requirements

• Active ME RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of general Med/Surg experience required; 3 years preferred
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (including residents of Maine or New Hampshire) are considered local and are subject to a different bill rate
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this
• Travel pairs or groups are not accepted for this position
• Use of AirPods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited
