Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a minimum of 2 years of Cardiac/Surgical ICU experience along with Cardiovascular Interventional Lab experience.

Details

• Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (CVIL) setting encompassing both Cardiac Cath and EP labs
• Monday through Friday schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours), with alternating/staggered shifts between 7:00 AM–5:30 PM and 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• No block scheduling — rotating day off with no set schedule
• On-call required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays; approximately one weekend per month (every 4th weekend) plus 1–2 weekday call days
• 30-minute response time required when on call
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac or Surgical ICU required
• Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (Cath and/or EP lab) experience required
• Moderate sedation experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience in a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility) required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration
