Description

American Traveler is seeking a Chemo Certified Oncology RN for a weekday day shift position requiring a minimum of 2 years of chemotherapy infusion experience and an active ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certificate.

Details

• Oncology/chemotherapy infusion unit setting
• Day shift schedule: 4x9-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday
• Days worked are determined by patient census
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certificate required
• Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC), CHIM, or ONC/ONCC-CHIM required
• Minimum of 2 years of chemotherapy infusion experience required
• Recent experience in the oncology/chemotherapy infusion specialty within the last 3 months required
• BSN preferred
• Oncology nursing experience in a radiation department preferred
• Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits required
• Two supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
