American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN for an Endocrinology Clinic position requiring ambulatory clinic experience and Epic proficiency in an outpatient setting.

Details

• Outpatient endocrinology clinic setting with dedicated lab, radiology, and phlebotomy departments on-site
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends, no on-call, and no holiday coverage required
• 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts
• Epic EMR experience in an ambulatory clinic setting is required
• Occasional floating to other clinic areas may be required
• Multidisciplinary team includes MAs, CAs, LPNs, RNs, MDs, APPs, phlebotomy, and radiology staff

Requirements

• Current LPN license required (SD license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of ambulatory clinic experience required
• Completion of an approved nursing education program required
• Epic experience in an ambulatory clinic setting is required
• Endocrinology clinic experience is highly preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify
• Two professional references dated within the past year required for consideration
• DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered provided they have prior ambulatory clinic experience
• Former permanent staff must wait a full year before returning as a traveler
• Orientation length is dependent on specialty
• Navy blue scrubs are required for LPNs
• Free parking is available in designated areas
• Pre-approved time off: June 4 and June 5
• Time off requests are subject to supervisor approval
