Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Clinical Care Leader position in a long-term care management setting, requiring a ND or compact RN license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

• Post-acute, long-term care (LTC) management setting
• Clinical Care Leader / ADON role within the LTC management unit
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• On-call coverage required every 5th weekend
• Point Click Care (PCC) EMR used in this position
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ND or compact RN license required — must be active and in hand at time of consideration; pending licensure not accepted
• Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required — pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required; no exceptions
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate
• No orientation hours are included with this assignment
