American Traveler is seeking a travel LVN/LPN for a New Member Desk role in Portland, OR, supporting new member onboarding in a Monday–Friday, daytime outpatient setting.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting focused on new member onboarding and care coordination
• Responsibilities center on the New Member Desk department, supporting new patients as they join the health system
• Work involves onboarding questionnaires, scheduling PCP appointments, paneling patients to a PCP, and transferring to additional departments such as dental or specialty services
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:15 PM with no weekend or night shifts
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active Oregon LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• Active Washington LVN/LPN license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
• All licenses and certifications must be active — pending licensure is not accepted
• Epic EMR experience
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
• Per facility policy, contingent workers cannot remain on assignment beyond two years (cumulative) without taking a minimum 90-day break; this applies regardless of whether the work was continuous or involved multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
