American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IVF Procedural Unit position at a prestigious Boston-area hospital, requiring procedural nursing experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• IVF Procedural Unit within a major academic medical center in Boston
• Patient care areas include Pre-Op, OR (circulator), and PACU recovery
• Procedures performed include egg retrievals and embryo transfers
• 32-hour work week with shifts running 7:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Schedule requires working every other weekend
• Charting performed in Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Procedural nursing experience required (Pre-Op, OR, and/or PACU — not all areas required, but procedural background is essential)
• OB or GYN experience preferred
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions

Additional Information

• Provides nursing care across IVF procedural stages including pre-operative preparation, OR circulation, and post-anesthesia recovery
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced pay rate
• No validated parking available at Boston location — public transportation encouraged; public parking lots available at $17–$22/day
• Time keeping system: UKG/Kronos
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
