American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Acute Dialysis position in Janesville, WI, requiring active WI or compact licensure, BLS, and ACLS prior to start.

Details

• Inpatient acute dialysis unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday schedule
• On-call responsibilities average 3–4 days per month plus one weekend per month, shared among the team

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start
• Prior inpatient acute dialysis nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient plans of care
• Administers medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, standards of care, and state practice acts
• Provides clinical expertise and guidance to other units in support of patients' longitudinal care plans
• Participates in department performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance
• 13-week contract
