American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/Intermediate Care (Progressive Cardiac) night shift position in Evansville, IN, requiring an active IN or compact RN license and AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.

Details

• Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting
• Progressive cardiac care unit with 28 beds
• Patient population includes medical, cardiac, pre/post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow patients
• Patient ratio of 1:4–5
• Night shift: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B–F updated every 2 years)
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's license required
• Two professional references required
• Full DOB and full SSN required for consideration
