American Traveler is hiring a float RN for a Home Health position in Massachusetts, requiring at least 1 year of certified home health experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients across the North Region, including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott
• Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend rotation required once every 6 weeks
• 13-week contract
• Epic used for electronic charting
• Float role covering multiple areas within the North Region

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a certified home health agency is required; hospice, private duty, or standalone case management experience does not fulfill this requirement
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
• All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Ability to travel independently to assigned patient cases
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans, performing admission processes, and providing education and support to patients and families
• Case management duties include interdisciplinary communication and timely electronic documentation in accordance with organizational policy and standards of community health practice
• Timekeeping is completed through UKG/Kronos
