American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiovascular OR Surgical Tech (CST) for a CVOR position requiring an active Colorado CST license (DORA) and a minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital CVOR/Hybrid Cath Lab environment
• Schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week with a rotating call schedule
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Colorado Certified Surgical Tech (CST) license issued by DORA is required — candidates without this credential will not be considered
• Graduation from an accredited scrub technologist program required
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 3 years of CVOR CST experience required
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Candidates must provide a skills sheet documenting CVOR experience for consideration
• A copy of an active CO CST DORA license must be provided for consideration
• AHA-issued copies of all certifications must be provided for consideration
• Proof of flu vaccination must be provided for consideration — no exemptions accepted
• Local candidates are not eligible — permanent residence must be at least 75 miles from the facility
