American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care Float Pool position in Ohio, requiring 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and a night shift schedule across PCU/stepdown units.

Details

• Float Pool position covering PCU and stepdown areas, with potential to float to other campuses including Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd
• Patient population spans various PCU/stepdown acuity levels
• Estimated patient ratio of 1:3-4
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• May be required to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Proficiency with IV insertion and telemetry monitoring required
• Epic EMR experience required
