American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac IMC position requiring ACLS certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with night shift availability.

Details

• Work in a Cardiac Intermediate Care (IMC) Unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior experience in a Cardiac IMC or similar setting required
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
