American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a Case Management position requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of case management experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management unit
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR required
• Floating between facilities within the state is required based on need
• 2 weekends required every 6 weeks
• No on-call requirements
• Free parking available on-site

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Active professional license at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• First-time travelers are considered with clinical approval
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront, as RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination
