Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring ND or compact licensure and at least 1 year of LTC/SNF experience.

Details

• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 128 beds
• Patient population includes all diagnoses in a post-acute care environment
• Patient ratio of 1:32
• EMR: PointClickCare (PCC)
• 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ND RN license or compact RN license required — must be active at time of consideration, no pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS certification required — copies of active certifications required, pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required — no exceptions
• LTC/SNF experience required
• PointClickCare (PCC) EMR experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Orientation is completed on-site with facility staff
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are accepted but at a local pay rate
• Local candidates within 80 miles are eligible to apply
