American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience, active CO or compact RN license, and on-call availability on weekdays and weekends.

Details

• Position is based in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Shift is 4x10-hour days, 0700–1730
• 40 hours per week
• On-call required on both weekdays and weekends
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• Epic used for charting

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — all must remain active through the start of the assignment
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Epic charting experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for cardiac cath lab patients
• Performs delegated medical functions, executes therapy and treatment plans, and documents per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Conducts health teaching, counseling, and patient referrals as needed
• Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible
