A 13-week break is required before a returning traveler may begin a new contract at this facility
Minimum of 2 major holidays required during the assignment
Blocked scheduling is not permitted
Requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at time of consideration; time will not be added to the end of the contract to compensate for RTO
