Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Care Coordinator/Case Management position in an acute care setting, requiring prior CA Dignity/CommonSpirit experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting, Care Coordinator unit (Case Management)
• 8-hour day shifts with every other weekend (EOW) required
• 13-week contract assignment
• First to float policy applies
• Cerner EMR used in this position

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required; must be active — pending licenses not accepted
• Current BLS and LA City Fire & Safety certifications required; pending certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Solid Care Coordination experience required
• Prior CA Dignity Health or CommonSpirit experience is required — candidates without this background will not be considered
• A driver's license must be provided for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year; candidates placed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
• Orientation is 12 hours
