Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) night shift position requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVICU experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based CVICU setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts only

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent CVICU experience prior to any travel assignments
• Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience (travel experience accepted)
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required
• Holiday coverage required — travelers must work at least every other holiday
• After 18 consecutive months at any location within this health system, a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment there
