American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute PACU experience and an active CA RN license.

Details

• PACU unit in an acute inpatient hospital setting
• 8-bed unit with an average daily census of 25–30 patients
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (11:00–23:00)
• Floating required to ASC, HH, and PVH facilities within the state
• No weekend requirements
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required; pending licenses are not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute PACU experience required (hard stop)
• Active RN license in hand at time of consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
