American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Nursing Supervisor position at a hospital on Nantucket, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and leadership experience across a 36-hour rotating shift schedule.

• Hospital-wide supervisory role serving as the onsite administrative resource, including after-hours coverage
• 36 hours per week with rotating shifts
• Charting performed in Epic
• Shared housing is provided at no cost

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted)
• All certifications must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Serves as a key administrative and support resource within Patient Care Services, providing hospital-wide leadership and guidance to promote excellence in patient and family care
• Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
