American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute hospital setting in California, requiring a CA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of recent acute hospital experience with discharge planning background.

Details

• Hospital-based Case Management unit
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Floating to other UCSF facilities may be required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute hospital experience required
• Discharge planning experience required
• Strong written and oral communication, diplomacy, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-directed and assertive with creative problem-solving ability in a high-volume environment
• Master's degree preferred
