American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CVOR position requiring a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience, open heart experience, and scrub skills.

Details

• Work in the Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) of an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Alternating days off
• On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week with a 30-minute response time
• Every 3rd or 4th weekend required; weekend defined as Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 6:00 AM
• Floating required as needed
• Epic EMR experience required
• May care for COVID-positive patients

Requirements

• Active PA RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Open heart experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit prior to manager consideration; manager interview required
• Holiday coverage required as needed; expect to work at least one major holiday
• Maximum of 7 days of time off (RTO) for the duration of the contract; all time off requests must be submitted upfront
• All time off and scheduling requests should be disclosed at the time of application
