American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Dialysis position in the Mountlake Terrace, WA area, requiring prior dialysis experience and the ability to cover multiple clinic locations.

Details

• Chronic, in-center dialysis setting serving multiple outpatient kidney center clinic locations in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point
• Chronic dialysis patient population requiring ongoing treatment management and care plan coordination
• Shifts range from 10–13 hours, with both AM and PM shifts available depending on staffing needs
• Schedule covers any day Monday through Saturday
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active WA State RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Previous dialysis experience required
• Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred
• Must be able to work at any of the designated clinic locations across the coverage area

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include overseeing dialysis delivery, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, administering medications, and monitoring patient outcomes
• Provides patient education and supervises Dialysis Technicians as part of daily duties
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
• Participates in quality improvement projects
