American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Home Health field staff position in Alameda or Contra Costa County, CA, requiring at least 1 year of home health experience and an active CA RN license.

Field-based home health setting serving patients in Alameda or Contra Costa County, CA
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekends required on an as-needed basis
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Kinnser/WellSky EMR (training provided)

Requirements

Active CA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of home health nursing experience required
OASIS experience required

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients across assigned county territory
2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
