American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Newborn Nursery position in Austin, TX, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and current NRP certification.

Details

• Women's Services/Postpartum unit, Newborn Nursery department
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment)
• Current NRP certification required — must be NRP Advanced 9th Edition from the American Academy of Pediatrics
• Minimum 1 year of recent Newborn Nursery or Women's Services RN experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional reference required (two references required if currently licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
