American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a CO or Compact RN license, TNCC, ENPC, and at least 1 year of ED experience, working 12-hour night shifts.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department
• 12-hour night shifts, 1900–0730, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• On-call required during regularly scheduled shifts
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• Charts using Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CO Single State or Compact RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Required certifications (all must be AHA and remain active through contract start): BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
• Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient nursing care in the ED
• Performs health teaching, counseling, therapy, and treatment to support patient life and well-being
• Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Candidates who were permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
