American Traveler is seeking an experienced IR RN for a 13-week travel contract at a Level I Trauma Center, requiring Epic proficiency and experience in neuro and peripheral interventions.

Details

• Interventional Radiology department serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Department includes 4 angiography suites (two single-plane and two biplane), 1 dedicated CT scanner, 1 multipurpose fluoroscopy suite for pain management, and advanced imaging technologies
• Procedures include vascular, neuro, and oncologic minimally invasive interventions
• Day shift schedule: 4x10s, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday with 1 rotating day off
• Weekend coverage may be required on a rotating basis
• On-call required: one primary call shift per week and one primary call weekend per month, with a 30-minute callback requirement
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Holiday call coverage required for one holiday per 13-week contract, in rotation with staff

Requirements

• Active Virginia state or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Experience in neuro and peripheral interventional radiology procedures required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

• Position is based at a private, not-for-profit acute care teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center for both adult and pediatric patients
