American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telephone Triage Call Center role focused on virtual nursing, telehealth, and a hospital-at-home program, requiring at least 12 months of RN experience and night shift availability.

Details

• On-site office setting supporting a hospital-at-home program
• Role is heavily focused on telephone triage and telehealth/virtual nursing
• Uses a remote patient monitoring platform for video visits and vital sign monitoring
• Technology-intensive role requiring comfort with digital health tools
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active VA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 12 months of RN experience required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE accreditation accepted); diploma, ADN, or BSN all accepted
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred

Additional Information

• Conduct telephone and video-based triage assessments and monitor patients remotely via vital sign monitoring technology
• Candidates must not have been employed by VCU Health within the previous 12 months
• This is a drug- and tobacco-free workplace; smoking is not permitted anywhere on campus
• The facility enforces a natural nail policy
