American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) night shift position in Alexandria, LA, requiring at least 1 year of recent telemetry experience and an active LA or compact RN license.

Details

• Telemetry unit (Med/Surg Tele) in an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active LA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for Telemetry RNs
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in telemetry or med/surg telemetry
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible for this position
