American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC (Intermediate Care) night shift position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, with candidates must residing more than 50 miles from the facility.

Details

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week
• Floating is required for this position
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• Previous travel experience is preferred; first-time traveler eligibility should be confirmed prior to applying
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this assignment
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
