Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care (IMC) Night Shift position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications with at least 1-2 years of experience.

Details

• Position is in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 18:30–07:00
• Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week
• Floating is required for this position
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Previous travel experience is preferred but check position details regarding first-time traveler eligibility
• Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this position
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler
• RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and no RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
