American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CCU position requiring open-heart and fresh post-surgical recovery experience, working nights on a 13-week contract.

Details

• Critical Care Unit (CCU) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience required
• Cares for open-heart surgery and fresh post-operative patients
• Experience with cardiac assist devices such as IABP and Impella is preferred

Requirements

• Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
• Open-heart surgery patient care experience required
• Fresh post-surgical patient recovery experience required

Additional Information

• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• RTO requests of 5 days or fewer will be considered; all time-off requests must be submitted upfront
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
