American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Hawaii, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and active HI RN licensure by start of assignment.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital environment
• 28-bed department including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover
• Night shift: three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required by start of assignment
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS

• Team-oriented work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration
• One week of orientation precedes the standard 36-hour weekly schedule
• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment; candidates should plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend a Friday Employee Health appointment
