Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring Epic proficiency and at least one prior travel contract.

Details

• Oncology/Hematology unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes oncology and hematology patients requiring CVAD management
• EMR: Epic (experience required)

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or Compact RN license required; if applying from IL, an active IL RN license is also required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• One supervisory reference from within the last 2 years required for consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Candidates who have been employed by the facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Travelers are required to work 2 of the following 3 holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
• No more than 1 day of time off may be requested during the Thanksgiving holiday week or the Christmas/New Year's holiday period
