American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position specializing in transplant and complex GI patients, requiring a CA RN license and relevant transplant experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Specializes in caring for patients with liver, kidney, and pancreatic diseases, including recipients of liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants
• Also serves patients with complex gastrointestinal disorders and functions as a Med/Surg Tele overflow unit
• Night shift: 7p–7:30a (3x12)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to other units as needed
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Transplant experience required — specifically liver, kidney, and pancreas

Additional Information

• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration
