American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a short-term acute care hospital position requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of case management experience.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 108 total staff beds
• Case Management unit with a 1:16 caseload ratio
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
• Weekends required as needed based on census, staffing, and PTO coverage
• Floating between all facilities within the state is expected
• No on-call responsibilities
• Charting performed in Epic (experience required)
• Business casual dress code required for Case Managers

Requirements

• Active OR RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of case management RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Active professional license at time of consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Travelers who refuse to float between facilities risk termination of their assignment
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; requests should be communicated upfront as post-offer changes may be denied
