American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Colorado, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab/EP experience and rotating on-call availability.

Details

• 78-bed community hospital setting with 1 Cath Lab and 1 Hybrid Cath Lab, including dedicated pre and post procedure areas
• The facility operates as the only 24/7 Cath Lab on the Western Slope of Colorado, featuring advanced Hybrid Cath Lab technology
• Schedule is 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
• Rotating weekend and evening/weekend call required
• 30-minute callback radius required for on-call response
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of RN Cath Lab and EP experience required
• Experience circulating and providing pre and post procedure patient care required
• Flu vaccination required for the current flu season (no exemptions accepted)
• DOB or SSN required for consideration
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Responsibilities include planning and coordinating nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures across pre, intra, and post procedure phases, per ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus
