American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) travel position requiring a Maine or Compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting within a hospital perioperative department
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 24-week contract
• Float policy requires travel between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed

Requirements

• Active ME or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of PACU or post-anesthesia care nursing experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (Maine or New Hampshire residents) are considered local and are subject to a different pay rate; local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this history
• Use of AirPods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited
• Travel pairs or groups will not be considered for this position
