Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a travel contract at an academic medical center in Missouri, requiring at least 2 years of RN experience and an active MO or Compact license.

Details

• OR Circulator role in a hospital operating room setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10-hour shifts)
• On-call responsibilities are required
• Weekend work may be required
• Holiday coverage required for at least 50% of holidays occurring during the contract

Requirements

• Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year of OR-specific experience
• BLS certification required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to ambulate, reach, and lift/move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
• 2 professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Functions as an OR circulating nurse throughout the assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a reduced pay rate
