American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Telemetry position on a Vascular unit, requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.

• Vascular telemetry unit (M5) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in telemetry or vascular specialty
• Epic EMR experience required — candidates without Epic experience will not be considered
• AHA- or RQI-issued certifications required
• US Social Security Number required — Canadian SIN not accepted
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Flu vaccination required; only medically documented exemptions (signed by a licensed professional) are accepted — personal or religious declinations are not accepted

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius and outside the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington — local candidates from these areas are not eligible
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• More than 3 call-outs within the contract period may result in termination; any required make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call-out
• Travel pairs are not accepted for this position
