American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele position specializing in orthopedic and bariatric care, with night shift availability and EKG testing required prior to start.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg Tele unit specializing in orthopedic and bariatric patients
• Patient ratio of 1:7-8
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required
• Floating is required on this unit
• Bi-weekly orientations are offered

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee (TN) or a valid Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS preferred
• Recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• Must be able to pass an EKG test prior to the start of the assignment

Additional Information

• RTO requests during holidays or holiday weeks cannot be accommodated; affected dates include Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Local Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• Travelers may discuss any holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite using the RTO form
