American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Milwaukee, WI, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and active WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Works in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
• 13-week contract
• Will float within the ICU, including to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU, based on skill set
• May receive Med/Surg or IMC patient assignments when needed
• May be required to float to facilities within a 40-mile radius
• CVICU and Neuro ICU experience preferred but not required
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Valid Driver's License required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and full date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates will be assigned patients within their skill set, including possible Med/Surg or IMC assignments as needed
• Local candidates are eligible to apply; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
