American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) position in Greenbush, MN, requiring an active MN RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Additional Information

• Provides clinical leadership to nursing staff across care neighborhoods, with accountability areas that may include infection control, safety, wound management, or the RAI/MDS process
• Conducts resident nursing assessments and evaluations and coordinates care with other nursing staff
• Guides implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, medication administration, and resident rights
• Supports a person-centered, resident-directed culture with emphasis on individualized care
• Dementia sensitivity is an important aspect of this role, including the ability to demonstrate and nurture care practices that promote well-being for residents with dementia
• Maintains collaborative working relationships with physicians, medical professionals, and other departments
• Date of birth (DOB) and SSN may be required for consideration
