Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 4-5 years of ED experience and multiple critical care certifications including TNCC.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department (ED) of an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule flexibility may be required to meet departmental needs
• Epic ASAP EMR is used in this department

Requirements

• Active RN license — Louisiana or Compact state license required
• Minimum 4-5 years of ED/emergency nursing experience required
• Experience in a Level 3 or above trauma center is preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and NRP
• ENPC certification is preferred
• Epic ASAP EMR experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
