American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a Med/Surg Oncology Telemetry position requiring ONS certification and BMT experience.

Details

• Work in a 7-North Med/Surg Oncology Telemetry Progressive High unit within a hospital setting
• Patient population includes hematology/oncology, oncology, bone marrow transplant (BMT), and general med/surg diagnoses
• Telemetry and progressive care monitoring required for applicable patients
• Epic EMR experience required
• Day shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required to other care areas to care for Med/Surg and Med/Surg Telemetry patients

Requirements

• Active RN license — Missouri (MO) or Compact license required
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• ONS Biotherapy Certification or ONS Immunotherapy Certification required
• BMT (bone marrow transplant) experience required
• EKG exam required prior to placement
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
• 13-week contract assignment
