American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a night shift leadership role requiring at least 2 years of supervisory experience and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification.

Details

• Night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• No set schedule — rotating shifts
• No on-call responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Active, unrestricted RN license with no prior hits on record
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) completed within the last 2 years
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Recent experience in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months required
• 2 supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years

• RTO requests exceeding 5 days will result in automatic decline
• Candidates with a prior hit on their nursing license will not be considered
