American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a day shift OR position in Tuscaloosa, AL, requiring at least 1 year of recent cardiovascular OR experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Main OR of an acute care hospital setting
• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) specialty unit
• Day shift hours: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 13-week contract
• Meditech EMR in use (experience not required)

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending or temporary licenses accepted
• No hits (past or current) on nursing license allowed
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year recent experience in cardiovascular OR
• BLS required (standard for RN positions)
• The following documents are required for consideration: current drivers license, two professional references from within the last year, and license verification via Nursys

• No HealthStream modules required prior to start — competency-based modules will be completed during virtual orientation
• Timekeeping system used is Centricity
