Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring a BSN, Point Click Care (PCC) experience, and night shift availability with every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Details

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 46 beds
• Patient population includes residents with dementia/memory loss, wound care needs, IV therapy, and rehabilitation therapy
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:46 with a Medication Aide on staff
• EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Requirements

• Active ND or Compact RN license required
• BSN required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
• LTC/SNF experience strongly applicable given patient population and setting

• 13-week contract
• Location-specific orientation is provided
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are subject to local pay rates
• Responsibilities include managing a diverse LTC population with dementia care, wound care, and IV therapy
